Digital Education Council ********************************************The Digital Education Council (DEC) is a global community of practice of over 150 institutions committed to driving sustainable innovation and AI adoption in Higher Education and Workforce Development. DEC offers Executive Briefings, delivering monthly insights on technology’s impact on organisations and people, and Thematic Working Groups, fostering global knowledge exchange among education leaders to shape best practices in education innovation.
The partnership between emlyon business school and the Digital Education Council gives the school’s students free access to the “AI Literacy for All” e-learning course.
The “AI Literacy for All” e-learning course offers the following six modules: Module 1: AI Literacy Fundamentals Module 2: Best Practices for Prompting Module 3: Evaluation AI Output Module 4: Critical Thinking and Creativity in the Age of AI Module 5: Ethics of AI and Respecting Academic Integrity Module 6: Preparing for an AI-Driven Workforce.
Learning Objectives are as follows: ⦁ A strong foundation in AI Literacy - chat AI is, how it works, and where it’s used; ⦁ Best practices for prompting AI tools to get the most accurate and useful results; ⦁ Critical and creative thinking skills to evaluate AI-generated content and avoid common pitfalls; ⦁ A framework for responsible and ethical AI use in academic and professional environments; ⦁ Insights into how AI is shaping the job market and how you can leverage it for career growth.
Course duration: 4 hours.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive a certificate issued by the Digital Education Council. Please note that this certificate does not include the time spent or grades earned by the learner and does not qualify for academic credit.
